Are you into hacking, puzzles, or breaking things just to figure out how they work? Join *SecurITy Challenge – VianuCTF 2025, a cybersecurity competition for students organized by *“Tudor Vianu” National College of Computer Science and the Vianu Cybersecurity Club in Bucharest, Romania.
You’ll face Jeopardy-style CTF challenges from all major categories:
🌐 Web • 🧨 Pwn • 🔐 Crypto • 🧬 Reverse Engineering • 🕵 OSINT • 🧾 Forensics • 🤹 Misc and more
It’s a great chance to:
- Learn how to protect systems and data in real-world-like scenarios
- Improve your technical skills and critical thinking
- Connect with other passionate students interested in cybersecurity
👥 Who can participate?
- Open Category – online, for participants of ANY age, no on-site presence required
- On-site categories (on-site eligibility required):
- Secondary school students
- High school students
- University students
📅 Schedule — 16 December 2025
- 08:30–09:30 – Check-in (on-site participants)
- 09:30–16:30 – CTF Competition
- 16:30–17:30 – Award Ceremony
🏆 Prizes: Over 2000€ worth of prizes across the 4 participant categories! Cash for the top 5 in EACH category (500 lei/1st place + 400 lei/2nd place + 300 lei/3rd place + 100 lei/mention 1 + 100lei/mention 2). Plus some extra prizes from our cool sponsors 🙂
